2. Product entitlement
Read the product’s edition, platform, device/user/core/CAL quantity, prerequisites, region, transfer restrictions and requirements before purchase. A product key is not permission for uses beyond the applicable software licence. Contact us before paying if any material entitlement is unclear.
3. Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in INR. Review the final order total and any applicable tax disclosures before submitting payment through PayU. There are no physical shipping charges in the current checkout. Tax invoices and any tax treatment must reflect the seller’s actual registration and legal obligations; no tax-registration status is implied by this page.
4. Order processing and delivery
An order is processed after payment is verified with the provider. Please allow up to five minutes after verification for delivery as explained in the digital delivery policy. Do not rely only on a payment-return URL as proof of payment. Keep your order number and payment reference for support.
5. Customer responsibilities
Provide accurate contact details, choose a compatible edition and follow legitimate installation instructions. Keep keys and private order links confidential. Do not request activation bypasses, share keys publicly or use licences beyond the purchased entitlement. Contact support for a wrong edition or unusable key.
6. Returns, refunds and support

Window: 7 days. Method: By mail. Return label: Included in the package, Free. Restocking fees: No cost. Refund processing time: 1 day. Country: India. Applicable consumer remedies are preserved; nothing here excludes rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
7. Privacy, reviews and third parties
Our privacy policy explains necessary order processing, providers, browser storage and review publication. Payment, Google email services and WhatsApp have their own terms. Reviews must describe genuine experiences and must not reveal confidential information or infringe others’ rights.
8. Availability and lifecycle
Software support, updates and compatibility depend on the actual edition and vendor lifecycle. A perpetual version licence does not mean perpetual vendor support, unlimited devices or every future upgrade. Product-specific disclosures govern the supplied offer, subject to applicable law.
9. Changes, errors and disputes
Contact us if you notice a material pricing or description error. We will not silently substitute a different entitlement for a paid order; any required change or remedy must be communicated appropriately. Raise disputes with your order reference through support.
