2. Information we collect
We collect information you provide when ordering or asking for help: name, email, phone, billing/contact address, purchased products, payment references and support correspondence. We also process necessary technical information such as server security logs and browser session identifiers. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or full licence keys in public reviews.
3. Why we use information
We use it to process payments, fulfil orders, provide licence access and instructions, resolve support/refund requests, protect accounts, detect fraud and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. We do not use an order as permission to send unrelated marketing.
4. Payments
PayU handles payment entry and processing on its hosted checkout. We receive payment status and transaction references. The store does not collect or store your full payment-card number or card security code. PayU’s own privacy terms also apply to its services.
5. Delivery email and Google Apps Script
Order contact details, purchased-product information, allocated licences and instructions may be sent to our configured Google Apps Script service for email delivery. Messages are sent by the Google account authorised to run that service. Google processes this information under the applicable account/service terms. If a different email provider is configured, that provider processes delivery data on our behalf. We do not send an empty licence delivery email when fulfilment is incomplete.
6. WhatsApp
Using a WhatsApp link opens an external service. Customer support links share the message shown to you; you choose whether to send it. Our team may send your purchased licence details to the order phone number through WhatsApp. Check that your number is correct and tell us if you do not want that channel. WhatsApp/Meta terms apply. Do not share private order links or licence keys with anyone except the authorised recipient.
7. Necessary browser storage
We use necessary storage for the shopping cart, saved products, private order access and authenticated account sessions. Anyone with access to a browser holding a private order token may be able to view that order. Clear the site’s storage on shared devices after saving your private delivery details securely. No advertising or analytics tracker is enabled by this policy alone; additional tracking requires appropriate disclosure and any required consent.
8. Reviews
Reviews are published only with permission, including the disclosed display name and rating. Approved, consented product reviews may be submitted to Google Product Ratings. Imported reviews require original source and publication-rights records and are not automatically labelled verified purchases. Contact us to request a correction or withdrawal of consent; third-party updates may take additional time.
9. Sharing, security and international processing
We share information with hosting, payment and delivery providers as needed for the stated purposes, and with authorities when lawfully required. Providers may process data outside your location. We restrict access to business records, encrypt licence inventory and integration secrets, and use HTTPS on the deployed store. No system can promise absolute security.
10. Retention and backups
Records are retained as necessary for fulfilment, support, payment disputes, fraud prevention and applicable legal/accounting obligations, and reviewed for deletion when no longer needed. Restricted backups can retain older records until their retention cycle ends. Deleting a record from this site does not automatically remove an email, WhatsApp message, payment-provider record or separately retained backup.
11. Your choices and requests
Contact us to request access, correction or deletion, withdraw optional consent, or raise a privacy concern. We may request proportionate identity/order verification and may need to retain records for a lawful reason. Never send your account password or payment-card details as proof of identity.
12. Children and policy changes
The store is intended for customers able to enter a valid purchase contract. If you believe a child has supplied personal data improperly, contact us. Updated policies will be published here; material changes will be communicated where required.
